INFORMATION FOR BAND CAMP 2017
Who: All members of Alliance
What: Bandcamp 2017
When: Monday 7/31- Thursday 8/3 8am to 4pm
Where: NPHS Bandroom, Practice Field, PAC
Dress: Dress appropriately for hot weather- shorts, short sleeve shirt, athletic shoes (NO FLIP FLOPS)
8am- 11am- Meet in bandroom for attendance. Move to practice field for marching rehearsal. Color Guard is in their own “mini-camp” and should meet in bandroom for further instructions.
11am-1pm- Lunch. During this time students will be allowed to go off campus to get their own lunch. Students should plan to pick up their school schedules during this time as well.
Monday we will be providing lunch (Baked spaghetti and salad) courtesy of the BPO Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday free lunch will be provided by the school in the cafeteria. Students may also bring their own lunch.
Students wishing to go off campus for lunch- Subway in the Heron Creek plaza is offering at $5 box meal (6inch sub, chips, cookie, drink) and Zio’s is offering 15% off their order.
1pm-4pm- Music Rehearsal in bandroom.
Thursday, August 3rd
8am- 11am- Music rehearsal/dress rehearsal for parent performance
11am-1pm- Lunch (please see above for details)
1pm-2pm- Music rehearsal/dress rehearsal for parent performance
2pm- Band is dismissed to go home and prepare for performance
5:30pm- Parent meeting in PAC. We will have sign-ups for chaperones, committees, notaries for travel forms and paperwork and we will talk about fundraising and the Liberty Bowl Trip.
6:30pm(approx.) 2017 ALLIANCE PREMIER PERFORMANCE!
7:00pm(approx.) End of event and dismissal
